What is the difference between the plans offered?
The different prices are based upon the number of customer contacts made on a monthly basis. So once your customer receives your service or product the sequence of email communications begins – first a “thank you”, followed by a short survey, etc. Bottom line is that the number of customers you service in a given month will determine the plan that is right for you.
What if it’s not for me?
No problem. We offer a free 30 day trial. Only after your free trial has ended and you have determined that WaveReview is the right product for you will we charge your credit card.
What are Photoshop Files?
Elegant Themes offers two different packages: Personal and Developer. The Personal Subscription is ideal for the average user while the Developers License is meant for experienced designers who wish to customize their themes using the original Photoshop files. Photoshop files are the original design files that were used to create the theme. They can be opened using Adobe Photoshop and edited, and prove very useful for customers wishing to change their theme’s design in some way.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No way. All our plans are pay-as-you-go and you can cancel or change plans at any time.
How do I pay?
Once you agree to our service, you will select your plan and enter your credit card information. Your account will not be charged until the end of your free trial. If you can’t pay by credit card you will be contacted by us and provided a manual alternative.
Is there a discount for yearly service?
Absolutely. If you choose to get an annual plan, you must pay for the whole year upfront, but you get two months free! So, following your free trial, send an email to email@example.com and let us know that you would prefer the annual plan and we’ll charge you at the discounted rate.
How do I cancel service?
Since there is no contract to sign you may cancel anytime, without penalty, simply by going to cancel the subscription within your account.
Can I change plans?
Of course. Change plans anytime and the new amount will be prorated.
Can you remove bad reviews?
We can’t delete these comments, but we can help by burying these types of reviews with only positive ones, and we can bring in a lot more reviews to get your ranking higher in your area of expertise. That’s the premise of our service.
Do you post good reviews to all of the social review sites?
Yes. However, we recommend that you focus your attention on only one or two sites for a given campaign. The goal should be to get as many reviews posted as possible, and not to dilute your efforts by sending reviews to multiple sites at the same time.
How can I tell if my reputation has improved?
Various sites, such as Google Reviews, measure your reputation based upon the number of negative and positive responses posted about your business. Most of these sites use a numbered or starred rating system so that, as WaveReview helps you get more positive reviews, you’ll see your rating increase.
What do you need from me to get started?
